Your Xactimate Interior Estimate will include your company information, all of the items you indicated with recent pricing for the correct zip code. We will also include your logo, photos, and specialty bid items if provided. The information could be submitted on our  Interior Estimate Scope form or any other you got, use 1 set of the form for each room. much of the required information can get from the matterpot file and photos nevertheless as much information you can fill into our Interior Estimates Scope form the more accurate the estimate we write if you have an adjuster’s estimate, be sure to send it also.

After the checkout process, you will be able to upload our forms filled and any file or photo related to your project as a hand-drawn sketch or rooms measurements in case you do not have a matterport link

Pricing for Water Damage Estimate

Water Damage Estimates are 0.8% of the estimate total with a $85 minimum fee.

Any estimate under $50,000 is only $85. Over $50,000, our fee is 0.8% of the total then $85 payment will be held as a deposit. Restoration can be included as a second separate estimate at no extra charge if ordered at the same time. This may help you avoid an additional minimum. If the combined total exceeds $50,000, the 0.8% fee still applies.

You will typically receive your Water Damage Estimates as a PDF report or .esx file attachment by return email usually within 1-2 days, except Sundays and holidays. There are times, however, when an order can take longer due to volume (it depends on the time of the day you are making your order). All estimates are written from scratch by seasoned professionals. If you are sweating a deadline You also can choose our add-on service “Rush Order” to get your Sketch ASAP within the next 7 hours after the checkout process except for Sundays and holidays.
