Our Xactimate Roof Estimate includes.

Your company information, your logo, photos, and specialty bid items if you request so, the items that our experts determine with the information you provide us and all of those items you indicated with recent pricing for the correct zip code. Information could be submitted on our Roof Form but any format in which you have it will be accepted. You will be able to upload our Roof Form, photos, or any other information relevant to your project after the checkout process, If you have an adjuster’s estimate, be sure to send it also.

We highly recommend uploading photos to your project of:

1. Verification of roof or shingles type
2. Showing the number of layers
3. Showing roof pitch (if possible)
4. Showing overview roof area
5. Showing overview of each slope damaged
6. Showing: Gutters, fascia, and any accessory damaged.

You will typically receive your Roof Estimate as a PDF report or .esx file attachment by return email usually within 1-2 days, except Weekends and holidays. There are times, however, when an order can take longer due to volume (it depends on the time of the day you are making your order). All estimates are written from scratch by seasoned professionals. If you are sweating a deadline You also can choose our add-on service “Rush Order” to get your order ASAP within the next 6 hours except for Weekends and holidays.
